Program Details

SOP/IOP:

  • Client is expected to begin the Program within 7 days of enrollment. SOP and IOP are 9 week programs, However, clients have 12 weeks to complete each program.

  • For SOP, clients will be required to complete a minimum of 18 sessions and participate for a minimum of 9 weeks and must complete within a 12-week period in order to avoid attending and paying for additional sessions over the 12 week period.

  • For IOP, clients will be required to attend a minimum of 27 sessions within a 12-week period. That  is a minimum of 3 sessions per week for 9 weeks, but clients will have 12 weeks to complete. Same rules apply if they go over the 12 weeks. If a client attends 4 sessions per week, they may complete the program in less than 9 weeks. 

  • If a client has to do IOP and SOP, they will receive a Bundle discount of $126 provided they meet all other necessary participation requirements

  • We have a payment schedule: 5 payments of $126 for SOP; 9 payments of $105 for IOP

  • If you have a strange work schedule and need to alternate your days of attendance, let us know and we will almost always approve it.

  • We offer classes on Mon and Wed from 6pm til 8pm; Wed and Fri mornings from 9am til 11am; and Sat and Sun from 10am til 12pm.

  • Remember, failure to meet the payment schedule or attendance requirements may result in additional group sessions and payment fees and may result in being discharged from our program. If we have to amend, restart, or make adjustments to your program plan because of failure to meet program requirements, you will be charged a $75 re-assessment fee.

DWI Education :

  • Cost is $110

  • 12 Hours-We have M-W AM classes which are from 8AM-12PM and we have M-W PM classes which are from 7PM - 11PM.

  • We also have Weekend(Fri.-Sun.) classes which are Friday 5PM-9PM and Sat and Sun 9AM-1PM.

  • Yes it must be three consecutive days and there are no make-ups.

DWI Intervention/Repeat Offender:

  • $60 to enroll

  • The total cost is $300 if the $240 balance is paid within the first week of class and $360 if paid in 5 $60 installments.

  • Per mandate of the state of Texas, It is a 7-week class for a total of 30 hours. 2 times per week.

  • We have Tues. and Thurs. mornings from 8AM to 10AM, Tues. and Thurs. evenings from 6PM to 9PM, and Sat. and Sun. mornings from 8AM to 11AM.

  • Failure to meet payment and/or attendance requirements may result in being removed from the class roster, and you will have to re-enroll.

Victim Impact:

  • Cost is $60

  • It's 3 hours in length, and we usually include it with our DWI courses, so it’s better to do them together as opposed to separately.

  • Normally conducted on day 3 of the DWI Education class but can be done as just one separate class on Wed and Sun at 11AM.

Anger Management:

  • Can be 1 session for 4 hours, but that will be called Anger Awareness. $150

  • The Anger Management Program must be 8-12 hours and can be completed over 8-12 weeks depending on how many hours are required and participants’ schedules. 

  • How it works:

  1. Sign up for an Anger Assessment, which is $50 and is conducted normally on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

  2. During the assessment, participant informs on his/her available times to meet via Zoom for sessions.

  3. Sessions are $25 per Hour 

Anti-Theft:

  • Anti-Theft class is 4 hours in length and normally conducted on Wednesdays and Fridays at 11:00AM

  • Cost is $110

TDOEP:

  • Classes are Mon-Fri, 9AM-12PM, or Mon-Fri, 6PM-9PM

  • 3 hours per day for 5 days—no makeup up days

  • Cost is $150

Better Decisions and Cognitive Life Skills:

  • Cost is $200-$300 ($250 for 8 hrs, $350 for 12 hours)

  • Class is 8-12 hours, depending on your court or probation requirements, and conducted over a 2-3 day period.

  • $50 to enroll, and the balance is due upon completion of the program.

Marijuana Education/Intervention:

  • Cost is $350 for 12 hours

  • Classes are 2 times per week and last 1-2 hours

  • $50 to enroll, and the remaining balance must be paid in three installments of $100.

  • Failure to meet payment and/or attendance requirements will result in additional fees and may result in being removed from the class roster, and you will have to re-enroll.

Thinking For A Change (T4C):

  • Cost is $375. $75 to enroll, and the remaining balance must be paid in three installments of $100.

  • Participants will begin and end with their perspective cohort, completing 25 lessons in total over a minimum of 7 weeks and a maximum of 13 weeks.

  • $50 to enroll, and the balance is due upon completion of the program.

  • Failure to meet payment and/or attendance requirements will result in additional fees and may result in being removed from the class roster, and you will have to re-enroll.

Refund Policy:

Once a participant has registered for and begun any of our courses, there is no refund. If a participant registers for a course and cancels 24 hours prior to the beginning date of the class, excluding IOP/SOP/Aftercare, this agency will issue a refund. Other circumstances will be subject to review and at the discretion of this agency.
